Hot Georgia!

Too hot for even the pool? How is that possible? The water at the pool today was like warm bath water. The wasp were just unbearable. I think they were just going insane in the 103 degree weather. We spent more time swatting wasp then we did enjoying the pool. So short day. Friday is the first day of school for Abbey. She found out she has a male teacher. This is a first for us. It will be a different experience I am sure.

She went to the dentist this week. No cavities. I am very proud, considering it seems I have to harass her just to brush her teeth.

Noah had his 3yr check up. 39.5 inches tall. 38 Pd's! Very brave little boy. Did not cry at all when he got a shot.

We go tomorrow to meet the man teacher...lol. I am sure it will be fine.

Time to pack the back pack with all the new school supplies and cute pencils and erasers! I have to get the lunch money ready and all the other fees. There is always something to send money for at our public school paid by my tax money. Always something!

My sister is getting packed up for her move. It still seems unreal that she and her family will move 5hrs away! I think I am just in shock, and this heat is not helping my brain. I don't even feel like working out and i am so sure I will gain 75Pd's this week! I feel my body turning to mush as I type this. But my workout room is over the garage and it is still 91 degrees out at 10pm. I don't have air conditioning out there. I could do my Pilate's DVD downstairs in my air conditioned living room I suppose!

I also need to find some things to start Noah on for his home preschool since I decided not to enroll him in our church's private preschool until he is 4. I will start with A and work my way to Z I guess. Lots to do.... my body is mushy... my brain is tired!

What would I do without them? I would not own stock in Loreal Preference...but I am worth it right? Just like Heather Locklear! So many zany adventures around here this summer. I hate to see school starting back, but then some quiet to my day. Well the toddler never leaves but I can push him off on an episode of Wow Wow Wubsy while I have my coffee atleast.

We had a fun day of swimming at my parents pool today. Tomorrow we have friends coming over for lunch and playtime. Thursday we leave to spend another weekend at my inlaws house on the lake... Oh what a rough life we lead!

On a sad note, my sister is leaving for her new town a lot sooner than we expected....hmmmm

Happy for her but sad for me! I am having packing anxiety too! I have been stressing all week. I just don't know how she is going to do it all! rofl... I would hate to see how stressed I would be if it were actually me!

Monday even for the non employed can be the worst day of the week. Everyone around here is mean on Monday. Chris comes home from work with a headache every Monday. We can't exactly figure that one out. Noah is packing attitude the whole day! I guess to much SpongeBob on Sunday, who knows. Abbey is just loud in general. I was in the mood to read a good book! I just finished Love Kills by Edna Buchanan. It was good. I committed the biggest sin... I read it before I read the 8 that go before it. Now I have to hunt down the entire series and read them in order! I never read out of sequence. I just don't know what came over me. I liked Britt Montero. She was a bit feisty but not as Zany as Stephanie Plum. I have to go back and figure out all the characters and what has happened to them in the past.
Well, tomorrow we will swim. On the count down for Abbey to go back to school and my sister and her family to move 4 hrs away!

Starting again one more time

This blogging stuff is very intriguing to me but I can't seem to keep with it. But here I am again over a year later. It took 30mins of searching to find my blog then I had to re register with this google business. I of course had to change my colors and my age and a few other things.
Let me see what has changed since May of last year. Everything! I have a 3yr old and a 9yr old now. I am a year older. I am loving life and really do have a lot to share. May not always interest anyone but maybe someone can laugh or cry over my misfortunes and learn from my adventures in parenting and everyday life.
